The Planned Loads Section

After you have created routes of orders that need to ship and assigned them manifests, finalize the route in the Planned Loads section.

Route Panel

The routes created are displayed on the left, and by clicking on the route panel you can also display the route on the map and Gantt chart below.

Above the route panel, you will find the Search Bar to find routes by manifest #, customer name, or route #. You can also adjust the Ship Date range to see current and historical route data.

At stops, drivers can record proof of deliveries, take images, and collect signature captures. The POD’s and images are also stored in perpetuity.

When the dispatcher clicks on the "Download Signed Receipt" button, the signed receipt from the customer will download onto their computer. Just open up the document and the dispatcher will be able to see the customer information, ordered and confirmed quantities, as well as a time stamped signature like the example below.

Within the route panel, you can click on the Manifest # to edit the orders within that manifest.

The route panel also displays the Load Metrics for the optimized load, including miles, time, cost, and weight as well as the customer's availability window and the ship date.

Post Common Carrier Jobs

Once a set of orders has been routed with manifests assigned, you can easily Post jobs for routes not on your fleet trucks to your local Common Carriers for bids.

Assign Drivers

From the route panel, you can easily Assign Drivers to routes from the driver dropdown, or leave unassigned if posting a job for a common carrier. You can also assign drivers for multiple runs on one route, but typically, you will assign the same driver for both runs.

Send the assigned driver the leave time, manifest number, date of shipment, and cover sheet directly to their email with the Notify Driver’s/Cover Sheet button. You can also Download paperwork, which provides you with the same cover sheet from the email sent to the driver.

Driver App

When a driver is assigned, the route automatically connects to the driver’s tablet and enables GPS tracking for dispatchers.
