The delivery status view allows dispatchers to easily monitor a driver’s current route, as well as historical routes that trucks have driven previously. The route pin displays on the map once a driver is assigned to a route in the planned loads section.
Delivery Route Tile
The route tile on the left still gives you access to several settings, including the edit manifest modal. By clicking the blue tile with the manifest number you can modify the orders included, or delete the manifest altogether.
Similar to the planned loads section, the route panel still gives you the ability to modify the driver assignment, download the driver’s cover sheet, and view the general trip details.
At stops, drivers can record proof of deliveries, take images, and collect signature captures. The POD’s and images are also stored in perpetuity. Dispatchers can access these images and documents real time by clicking on the "POD" button.
When the dispatcher clicks on the "Download Signed Receipt" button, the signed receipt from the customer will download onto their computer. Just open up the document and the dispatcher will be able to see the customer information, ordered and confirmed quantities, as well as a time stamped signature.
Expanded View
To open the expanded view of the route, click on the + icon in the top right corner of the route panel. The expanded view will show the stops, planned ETA, and the time the driver actually arrived and departed. The arrival and departure time is reported by the driver through the driver app and affects delivery eta for later stops.
Notifications
You can also set up to have notifications sent to your customers when on the way. Send a notification when the driver is 15 minutes out, confirm location and prep customers to offload your trucks to save time.
