The Order Screen is where you can view orders that have been populated by your ERP integration and is where you will begin to create optimized routes of orders.
The Order Tile
The order tiles to the left of the screen display order details that have been populated by your ERP and will show:

Name & Address of the customer
-
Ship Rule Badges: Sale, First Stop, Pickup, Flex, Straight Truck, etc.

Order # and line items per order in (parenthesis)
-
The Weight, Palets, and Dimensions of the product
-
The Ship Date the customer needs delivery by
-
The Delivery Window the customer is open for delivery/pickup
-
The Delivery Time: How long it will take your driver to offload to the order
Editing Orders
You can quickly Edit Orders as needed by clicking on the edit icon below.
If needed, you can edit settings for all orders delivered to an address, or change the settings for just one order, one time only.
When editing orders, you can:

Update the Delivery Window: The times that the customer is open for deliveries.

Add an Appointment Time: An exact time that the customer requires delivery.

Modify your Delivery Time: Your estimated time for the driver to offload the delivery for the customer.

Make the order a First Stop: Either for loading requirements or per customer request

Select any Ship Rules that apply: Sale, First Stop, Pickup, Flex, Straight Truck, etc.
Now that you have learned how to edit an order, learn how to select orders in Manual Routing Mode or Optimized Routing Mode. Then, Assign a Manifest in the Route Optimization screen.
Connect routes to drivers in the Planned Loads section, track driver GPS in Delivery Status, or bid out jobs to common carriers with Headlight Freight.
